The Woolshed Cabins is beautifully surrounded by secluded bushland, providing a serene and tranquil escape. It is conveniently located on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Beechworth, nestled on private property that ensures privacy and peace. Guests can enjoy easy walking access to the spectacular Woolshed Falls, which is widely regarded as Beechworth’s No.1 attraction, located just 1km at the end of our street.

We offer 4 self-contained cabins, each with two bedrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. You can book them individually or reserve all 4 for a family getaway of up to 18 people. Each cabin features a unique, relaxed retro style and is set on 12 acres of private Australian bushland.

For couples staying at The Woolshed, there is a wonderful opportunity to truly get away from it all and unwind in a serene setting. You can relax and enjoy a refreshing morning stroll down to the picturesque Woolshed Falls. Alternatively, you might choose to walk the dog-friendly gorge trail that leads into town or pay a visit to our charming neighbours at Barking Owl Distillery and Woolshed Ceramics. Whether you opt to do nothing at all or engage in a variety of activities, be sure to cap off your day by watching one of our breathtakingly beautiful sunsets over the historic Woolshed Valley. You can perch atop a glowing granite boulder with your favourite local wine in hand, creating a perfect ending to your day.

Families staying at The Woolshed Cabins enjoy some real quality time together in our aussie bush setting. Our granite rock formations make for a fantastic natural playground and exploring around the property a little bush rangers paradise. Look out into the hill’s and see the infamous Ned Kelly’s lookout. The fully self contained cabins means that budget conscious families can either cook up a storm in the kitchen, fire up the BBQ, or order up some takeaway from town.

Pet Friendly

Pets are part of the modern family, so there is no need to leave them behind on your next getaway, saving you money and them stress. The Woolshed Cabins is situated on 12 acres of fenced wooded wonderland with a seasonal dam for swimming, the perfect location to roam around with lots of room to run and explore on our own mini-trail or easy access to longer 6km+ dog friendly walks nearby. The cabins each have large enclosed verandah, Woolshed 3 and 4 have a larger fenced dog snoozing zone. Plus your well mannered pet is allowed inside at night. * 1 dog only per cabin and no pets in Woolshed 1. Standard pet rules apply.
